Dave Adams (Drums) 

Dave from Wellington joined Bluzone in the autumn of 2016 and has quickly made his mark and blended in with the other players.
He has played for many years with various rock and rhythm & blues bands.
Now he is thoroughly enjoying the experience of Bluzone's wide range of styles.
Jo Matkin (vocalist)
Jo has been with the band in its various forms since 2004. She has been singing since the age of 4, having performed in school choirs she later appeared on Opportunity Knocks with a ladies choir.

In her short life she has sung everything from Madrigals to musical theatre but with Bluzone she says "I've arrived!"

Vic Lenthall (Alto Sax & Clarinet).

As an ex military bandsman with the Royal Artillery and the Royal Signals, he has played in prestigious venues all over the world.
He plays the saxophone, clarinet, violin, ukulele and golf.
Moving from Yorkshire to Shrewsbury he enjoys his family, garden and golf. He also writes arrangements for the band.

Ray Silkstone (Rhythm Guitar) 

Ray is a former teacher and has played the guitar in a number of different bands. 
He has also performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Although the guitar is his preferred instrument, he also enjoys playing the ukulele, banjo, and keyboards.

Nick Rogers (Bass Guitar)

After playing acoustic guitar,and singing bass in a six voice close harmony group, Nick took up the bass guitar after reaching 50.
He joined BluZone in 2011 and now provides the driving force for the rhythm section, as all good bass players should!

Cynthia Chesterton

Having played the piano and taught for many years she has much experience accompanying school choirs and singers.
She is one of the two founder members of the band and finds the ensemble playing great fun.
It is bringing a lot of enjoyment to her retirement.

Ian Lock(Tenor & Baritone Sax) Mike Marshall

Mike started playing guitar as a teenager and during the the 1960,s played for some years with a successful Country/Soft Rock trio performing at many venues around the North West. Family life and an engineering career followed so the guitar had to take a back seat. With retirement came an intensive course at the Les Dawson Academy of Music Mike was pleased to discover the Bluzone Band and the chance to play music from different eras in a bigger band line up.
